Join us for a good cause! Two (2) outdoor Fitness Classes will be offered, under the community mural, for all experience levels and abilities. All it takes to attend a class is a $10 donation. To attend both classes, you must register for each.

LIFT 45 OTF 9 a.m. A 45-minute resistance training session! You'll use a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, TRX straps, and workout benches, to perform functional strength training exercises. All equipment is provided, so just bring yourself and get ready to lift!

Y6 SlowFlow 10:30 a.m.– A slower, more meditative yoga experience! You'll hold poses for longer periods, promoting mindfulness and relaxation in both the body and mind.
